Going long in basement pit dig

I’ve done a 90-degree turn in the basement pit.

I decided to set aside the stairs cut/build for now, in favour of going long in the pit itself.

So now I can get into bigger slab cuts – and bigger dig-outs.

Plus – the electrician turned up, so now I have all the power and light I could need – for now.
