Making a wooden skirt

I wanted to make a long wooden skirt for the second side of my bunker-pit workbench – 4.2 metres long.

I could have done it in pieces, joined together (like I did on the other side).

But, I found a piece of wood that was just long enough for the job – boy was it heavy!

Turned out lovely though.
