Finishing my basement floor

It’s time to finish the floor in my basement excavation – especially around the drain grate.

I decided not tile the gaps at the side of the floor tiles – too fiddly.

But I like my solution.

While that dried, I had a chance to add something that has long been demanded by visitors.
