Marrying two spaces – bathroom and toilet

Ashling – “the client” – was scheduled to go out of town for four or five days (for surgery) last week, so it was a perfect time to decommission/refurb her toilet.

The old, original toilet is perfectly functional, but is in a separate but adjoining space – with a different floor height.

So marrying the bathroom and the toilet was a bit of a challenge – especially keeping my key element a secret.

Anyway, Ashling’s surgery went well – and I managed to marry the two spaces together nicely and get the toilet serviceable again in time for her homecoming.
