Dropping a big slab in my basement hole

My basement pit-digging project takes a significant step forward in this video.

The big slab I cut through earlier finally gets dropped (deliberately) into the hole.

I also had some ‘Friends’ drop by for sage advice and instructions.

Next steps will include pouring concrete – even though the digging is far from finished.
