Filling a hole

The plumber has been and gone after doing all his ‘first fixings’.

So now, just like in the Army, that hole I so carefully dug, has to be filled back in again.

Unlike in the Army, I thankfully didn’t have to dig a fresh hole.

But, it seems to me, there’s a lot of work heavy work gone into the project so far with little to show for it.
