All Blood Runs Red

All blood runs red

Regardless of whose army you serve

All blood runs red

And it tests every man’s nerve

All blood runs red

It doesn’t matter who you are

All blood runs red

And there on the ground it spreads far

Your blood, my blood who can tell

For on the ground it all looks the same

The dead all go to the one hell

And our bodies sometimes law without a name

All blood runs red

And it has always been that way

All blood runs red

Whether it be night or day

For when you are dead

You are gone forever

Although a memory may remain

Of this your final endeavour
