With two highly successful similar events under their belt, WithYouWithMe will host their next Career Expo in Sydney on 8 June.
This is a free event for currently serving or ex-defence members and spouses looking for employment in the civilian jobs market.
As per two previous events, an incredible line-up of inspiring keynote speakers and panelists will be on hand to dispense their wisdom – wisdom built, in most cases, on experience as former Defence members who successfully transitioned into rewarding civilian careers.
While this is a free event for job seekers, you must register – and registering early is highly recommended, as places are limited.
Potential employers from all across Sydney and New South Was will be attending this event, with real jobs to offer.
Others are flying in from interstate, serious about offering jobs further afield.
There are only 200 veteran places available for this event, so again, registering early is highly recommended.
There are also opportunities for companies to sponsor and exhibit at this event too – though many places are already taken.
Westpac Bank is the major sponsor of this event, and they are committed to making it easier for veterans, reservists and military spouses to take their next career step into the civilian workforce.
Participants can meet the Westpac team and take part in speed interviews for open roles with the bank.
splunk> aws, Navantia, CUBIC, stryker and randstad will also be on hand offering advice and interviewing job seekers.
There are still corporate sponsorship and exhibition spaces available, so contact the WithYouWithMe team ASAP if you are serious about tapping in to the deeply talented and highly underrated veteran job-seeker space.
There are also free general admission places available for HR professionals interested in learning more about veteran talent.
But make no mistake, this is a highly recommended FREE event for ex-defence members or those transitioning from Defence in the near future and looking for assistance in launching their post-Defence careers.
